The Age of Customer Engagement

I recently saw a “Do not press the red button” on the net, which I feel is one of the best examples of Customer Engagement. It definitely got one of the highest number of clicks with the people getting engaged with it to a greater extent and spending nearly 4 - 5 minutes solving the mystery behind the “red button”.

The beauty of this is that it was definitely a non-branded success. It doesn’t cost much but what it does is that it gets a lot of eyeballs rolling to get a feel of it. It was a concept of negative advertising perfectly positioned creating a viral so fiercely strong proving the Word of Mouse faster than the Word of Mouth. It got spread across Social Networking Sites at V-Speed (Viral Speed)

What’s New from the ‘Old’? What is and needs to be the trend?

Enjoy the feel!
1) Minimalism is Bliss

2) Minimalistic Engagement creates a Major Impact (A Viral)

3) Infographics, a combination of Information + Graphics. (Definitely not the Traditional Advertorial)
